Hi, my name is Yarlin Osorio and I am a Human Resources Specialist. I am currently working for a consulting service company for the industry regulated by the FDA and I am mainly in charge of the complete recruitment cycle. Previously I worked for recruiting firms giving service to different industries such as pharmaceuticals,
telecommunications, health insurance, banking and restaurants among others. In addition to a career in the area of ​​recruitment, I have a bachelor's degree in Labor Relations and a master's degree in Personnel Administration both from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus. I also have a certification as a Conflict Mediator.
I started this project to provide guidance to people who are in that tedious process of looking for a job. My interest is eliminate doubts and myths about what a resume should contain and guide about interview processes. I am constantly encountering candidates who find the process of creating their resumes confusing and bothersome. So I decided to take a little further the advice that I give to my candidates, direct to people who are looking for advice in the difficult process of getting a job.
